Posters and Demos
Posters and demos are an excellent way to present innovative ideas, late-breaking work, concepts, work-in-progress, early stages of research, and preliminary results to academic and industry audiences.
Submission
Submissions should fit the main topics of the conference: analytics, human factors, and systems. It is not required to select a specific track.
Poster and demo submissions should be limited to a one-page abstract, excluding references, in the same format as full and short papers. Demo submissions may include an additional appendix page describing the demo and showing images of it. This page is for review only, does not need to follow formatting requirements, and must be excluded from the camera-ready submission.
Submissions must follow the IEEE Proceedings Format. Select the Poster and Demo Track when submitting. The submission and review portal will be announced later.
Reviewing
The review process is single-blind. Abstracts must include the authors' names and affiliations.
Publication and Presentation
Accepted poster and demo abstracts will be published in IEEE Xplore and indexed in other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. Posters and demos will be presented in a dedicated session during the main conference, with opportunities for discussion and interaction.
